We understand that sometimes a piece may not fit as expected, or a style may not feel quite right once it arrives. That is why we have designed our return policy to be straightforward and fair—so you can shop with confidence, knowing we are here to support you every step of the way.


Our Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

We take great care in curating our collections, and we ask that you extend the same care when trying on your pieces. Please ensure you try on your dress over undergarments and avoid contact with perfumes, deodorants, or cosmetics that may leave marks or scents.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Intimates, lingerie, and shapewear

  • Swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed)

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

We encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering these items.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at joeylfashion@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include a brief reason for the return—this helps us improve our collections and service.

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Please do not send your return without an RA number, as this may delay processing.

  3. Pack Your Return Securely
    Place the unworn item(s) in the original packaging or a secure box. Include your RA number inside the package and clearly write it on the outside of the shipping label.

  4. Ship Your Return
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment).

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, items with obvious signs of wear, missing tags, or returned outside the 14‑day window).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website. This ensures you receive your desired piece as quickly as possible.

If your exchange request is due to a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at joeylfashion@outlook.com and we will prioritize resolving the issue for you.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take exceptional pride in the quality of our dresses. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at joeylfashion@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (for damages or defects)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will work quickly to make it right—whether that means providing a prepaid return label, sending a replacement, or issuing a full refund including any shipping costs.


International Returns

For customers returning items from outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs fees.

  • Please mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.

  • Refunds will be issued in USD, and currency fluctuations may affect the final refund amount.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.


Processing Time

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
