Every dress is carefully inspected, lovingly packed, and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives ready to make you feel extraordinary.

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, bringing confidence and style to customers across the globe. Whether you are located just down the coast or across the ocean, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.


Processing Time

Before your order begins its journey, it must pass through our quality assurance process. Please allow:

  • Standard Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Peak Season Processing (holidays, launches, sales): 3–5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services to deliver your order reliably. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Destinations

We are delighted to ship to addresses worldwide. Whether you are in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, or beyond, we will bring Joey L Fashion to your doorstep.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for express shipping methods. Please provide a physical street address to ensure smooth delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your package in real time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your email

  • Visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number

  • Logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The shipping method selected

  • The destination country

  • The total weight and size of your order

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient (see “Customs, Duties, and Taxes” below).


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note:

  • Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the items on the customs form.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.

If you refuse to accept a package due to unexpected customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Restrictions

While we ship to most countries worldwide, there are a few locations where delivery may not be available due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

We do not currently offer shipping to the following regions due to carrier limitations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Syria

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at joeylfashion@outlook.com with your order number and corrected address. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered the shipping process.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to additional shipping fees for re‑delivery.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We understand how eagerly you await your Joey L Fashion pieces. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at joeylfashion@outlook.com with your order number.

Our team will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution. Please note that:

  • Tracking information showing “delivered” is considered proof of delivery. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.


Shipping During Sales & Holidays

During promotional events, new collection launches, and holiday seasons, order volumes increase significantly. While we work tirelessly to process orders as quickly as possible, please anticipate potential delays in both processing and shipping times. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately if certain pieces are ready before others. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. Rest assured, you will only be charged one shipping fee at checkout.
