In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If your payment has been processed and the order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Joey L Fashion pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
